How to Request a Return
Enter your email address and order number (e.g., #1234) in the fields above, then click Search.
If your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and packing slip.
Note: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for the free label.
Important: We provide one free return label per order.
Next steps:
- Download and print the return label.
- Detach the packing slip and place it inside your package.
- Attach the return label to the parcel.
- Take it to your local post office and request a receipt for proof of return.
We currently do not support barcode returns.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read below to understand when items can or cannot be returned.
✅ What Can Be Returned?
Standard Schoolwear (non-special orders): Must be unworn, with original tags and packaging, and returned within 28 days.
Blank (undecorated/uncustomised) items: Must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact, and returned within 28 days.
Faulty or defective items: Garments with clear faults or issues in the fabric or decoration can be returned within 28 days.
Items received in error: If your order does not match your approved order (e.g. wrong item sent), it can be returned.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned?
Customised or bespoke items (e.g. with logos or names): Unless faulty, these cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for your order and may not be stocked regularly. Please double-check sizing and details before placing a custom order.
Worn items: Products that show noticeable signs of wear are not eligible for return.
