Shipping policy

Upon completion of your order you will receive an automated email and or text message advising that your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched if you have paid for shipping.

 

Northwich Schoolwear operate a sophisticated live shipping system partnered with Royal Mail, if you elect for shipping your order will upon completion be automatically collected from Northwich Schoolwear (Buccaneer Group Ltd offices) and delivered within 48 hours on a tracked service. The cost of this is £3.50 + VAT = £4.20.

 

The above service is available only for online purchases to UK mainland destinations.

 

In certain peak periods and from time to time Buccaneer Group Ltd. may have special delivery offers and or support our standard Royal Mail service with it’s own in-house delivery personnel in order to keep service levels high.
